Based in Western Sydney with over 20 years’ experience Just Jump Jumping Castle and Party Hire is a fully insured proud Australian family owned business, specializing in all aspects of jumping castles hire in metro area of Sydney. Whether you are having a family get-together, a birthday party, wedding, school fete/fun-day, BBQ or just want to keep the kids amused, hire an inflatable of your choice from our extensive range of brand new gender neutral themed jumping castles.

Just Jump Jumping Castle and Party Hire provide both traditional jumping castles (Inflatable (JUST) Bouncy Castles) and COMBO jumping castles that come with additional features such as slides, interactive games & basketball hoops for hire. From vast variety of our castles several comes with Safety Nets & Rain Covers. Our prices are based on a 4 hourly, full day and overnight hire which includes delivery, assembly, dismantling and collection of all equipment along with instructions for safe use. Where appropriate crash mats will be provided for additional safety. (Extra cost of $25.00 will incur for mat hire)

Return & Refund

Just Jump Jumping Castle and Party Hire confirms it will refund the client full amount (minus any fees or charges charged by the bank or any other service provider) in case of any cancellation with 24hrs advanced notice.

If the client fails to give 24hrs notice and the driver picks up the order from the warehouse and/or the driver in on his way to the destination and/or gets to the destination and the client changes his/her mind or cancels the order because of any other (natural/human caused) reasons, Just Jump Jumping Castle and Party Hire confirms it will refund the client (minus the delivery charges or driver wage + any fees, charges by the bank or other financial institutions.

Bad Weather

Our bouncy castles are also suitable for indoor venues too so don’t let the weather spoil your special day. In the event of bad weather there will be no charge to cancel if you give us 24 hours’ notice. If we arrive with your item and you change your mind you will be expected to pay the full amount. No refunds will be available should the weather change after the item has been delivered and assembled.


Just Jump Jumping Castle and Party Hire reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any booking at any time if any of its representative or staff thinks the site is not safe or easily accessible for installation or services provided, i.e. if there is not enough clear access, the ground is not reasonably flat and clear from dog mess, stones, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture, overhanging trees, or where we think the inflatable will not be safely operated.

We also reserve the right not to deliver an item intended for outdoor use in unsuitable weather conditions.

Just Jump Jumping Castle and Party Hire reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any bookings if any of our representative or staff feels threatened, intimidated, or made uncomfortable under any circumstances.
